About Our Products
All our products are manufactured under license with the full approval of the license owner. All have an official internationally recognisable UPC (Universal Product Code) which verifies their validity. Our products are not available in any shop, whether in the UK, Europe, the US or almost anywhere else. You may see them on Ebay or Amazon but those are probably ours too.
Our car seat covers are full fit pieces i.e. they stretch over the whole of both the back and base of the seat, and below the base and around the back of the seat upright. You may see other 'seat covers' on Amazon and Ebay which are actually just clip ons. YHBW.
Legal Disclaimer
We sell our products under the 'First Sale Doctrine (exhaustion of rights)'. We have legally purchased all products for sale on our website (and other platforms) from the rights owners and sell them in the original manufacturer's condition.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide and all items are dispatched within two days of the order being made. All items are sent by registered delivery with a tracking number which is included in the order confirmation email. We use various carriers, including all countries' national postal systems and, where needed, couriers.
Please note that items may need to be signed for on delivery. Delivery times are between 7 and 21 days. Delays at borders for customs/security checks are occasionally encountered.
Please note that the tracking number will not show on USPS or Royal Mail tracking until the package clears customs/security and for some countries (e.g. Canada and Australia) does not show at all! All items are sent from country of manufacturing origin which will be indicated in the order confirmation email and will be traceable on that country's postal system website.
If any customs charges arise, the buyer is responsible for paying them.
Delivery times and refund guarantee
If the item is not received within 21 days from dispatch we will normally offer the customer a choice of the refund of the postage cost or a free product (small one!) by way of apology.
We accept all major credit cards via our secure payment gateways. We do not accept orders over the telephone for security reasons.
Currencies
You can view the price of products that you are browsing in the currency you select from our drop down box. When you view items in your cart, this currency will still be displayed. However, once you reach checkout and payment, the price will be in UK pounds sterling at the day's prevailing bank rate.

Please note we are able to respond to messages fluently in English and Japanese. For responses in other languages we may rely on Google Translate.
Our prices
We have the lowest prices. If you can find them cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we'll beat it.
Returns and Refund Guarantee
If you are not happy in any way we will accept its return for a full refund if sent back within 14 days of receipt and in the condition received. We have a number of return office addresses you can return to.

We are a small family business, not a multinational organization. Please be polite and reasonable when dealing with us.
